BLA is Australasia’s largest wholesale distributer of internationally respected Boating, Lifestyle and Adventure products. Carrying over 60 brands and 17,000 products to support over our 4,000 marine and RV dealer network.

Challenge:

The BLA dealer database consists of over 4,000 marine and RV businesses with overlapping and individual product channels for their local consumers. The dealer network is currently prone to receive irrelevant product updates or market updates, and as a result, the risk of the unsubscribing and unopen rate runs high.

Solution:

- I categorised and attached attributes to customer data in the database. - To achieve a personalised or automated email, it's important to have an error-free template that can identify and recall the correct data field. I designed, developed, and tested a cross-browser compatible eDM template with HTML and CSS only, with the additional intent to minimise loading speed for remote dealers.
