The Weight Management campaign is one of TerryWhite Chemmart's signature campaigns. In 2022, the focus of this campaign was to support the exposure and revenue for supplier brands in our weight management eCommerce category, with a particular focus on the 3 most popular brands, Optifast, Tony Ferguson, and Man Shake.

Goals
  • Design an on-brand campaign experience in consideration of the current Prismic system setup.
  • Ensure user access to support omnichannel marketing executions.
  • Entice and educate customers on health information about weight management.
  • Maximise customer proposition of the 3 major brands under the TerryWhite Chemmart weight management retail category.
Solutions
  1. Adapted to the campaign concept – The campaign concept was aligned with the brand guidelines and the capabilities of the Prismic system. I have ensured consistency in visual and textual elements, maintaining the brand’s identity throughout the campaign.
  2. Responsive design – I have ensured that the campaign experience is responsive and accessible across different devices and screen sizes. I have tested and iterated the design to provide a seamless experience for users on desktop, mobile, and tablet devices.
  3. Jump-to-section navigation – I implemented the “Jump-to-section navigation” idea by identifying the need for improved user navigation, designing intuitive wireframes, documenting technical requirements, and collaborating closely with developers. After thorough testing and refinement, the feature was successfully implemented, allowing users to navigate sections with ease.
  4. Artwork creation – As the creative lead, I developed a captivating GIF for the campaign, showcasing all supplier brands in the weight management retail category. The GIF served as a point of interest, generating exposure and promoting brand recognition for each brand involved. Working with the design team, we created an engaging visual that effectively highlighted and promoted all the brands within the category.
